Ingrediente: 3 mere, 3/4 cana de apa, 2-3 lg miere, 1 lgt scortisoara, 1 lg amidon alimentar, putina sare.
Se taie merele jumatati, apoi felii, apoi bucati mai mici. Se pun intr-o cratita impreuna cu apa si mierea. Se fierbe la foc mediu cam 10 minute. Intre timp intr-un bol amestecam scortisoara, amidonul si sarea.

Se adauga in cratita si se mai invarte cam 4 minute pana se ingroasa. Sosul se poate pisa daca il dorim mai fluid. Eu l-am pisat.

Cred ca este un secret ca sa nu se inchida merele la culoare. Acum s-au inchis si datorita scortisoarei dar parca daca adaugi putin suc de lamaie dupa ce le-ai taiat nu se inchid la culoare.
